For commercial support of RealStack (realstack.tech) —a trademark and operating division of N.I.S.—, N.I.S. operates the WhatsApp technical edge and may transmit messages and contact data to the Platform at app.realstack.tech through an authenticated private bridge, solely to manage the conversation, commercial inquiry, and contracted service. RealStack processes that commercial messaging data under N.I.S. instructions and does not receive Meta Graph API tokens.

WhatsApp is used to reply to conversations you start or for Meta-approved service/template messages when a legal basis exists (consent, contractual or pre-contractual relationship). We do not use this channel for unsolicited bulk messaging or Meta Ads traffic from the WABA.
